HAMPTON ROADS MAGAZINE'S NEW FEATURE SEARCHES FOR THE REGION'S TOP TEACHERS
(Hampton Roads, VA) Hampton Roads Magazine, the premiere lifestyle and city guide for the Hampton Roads region, is proud to announce its upcoming feature, Hampton Roads Magazine's Top Teachers Search.

As we all know, teachers have some of the most influential and longest lasting impressions on the leaders of tomorrow. All of us have had at least one teacher who has helped us to grow, make sense of our surroundings, and taught us valuable lessons both in and out of the classroom. Hampton Roads Magazine would like to give them the recognition and appreciation they deserve.

This new feature will highlight the area's Top Teachers as nominated by current and former students, parents, colleagues and friends, or family members.

All are encouraged to enter an educator who has made a positive influence in their lives. Teachers of all grade levels are eligible, so please take the time to share with us the reasons why your nominee is the best teacher in the area on www.HRMag.com.

All nominees entered online by October 15 will be recognized in a full-page piece in our November/December issue; however, we will continue to accept nominations through October 19. Then, readers, students, parents, colleagues, faculty and staff will vote from those nominees until December 10 in order to provide us with our Top 10.

The Top 10 Teachers will be profiled in our February "Education Issue." The voting period will be October 20 – December 10. This is also a great opportunity to show some school and teacher pride!
